How can I enhance my directory listing to get more visibility?

Medical Jane offers free, affordable, and premium sponsorship packages designed to cater to all company sizes. Compare the included perks of each package to decide which sponsorship opportunity is the best fit for you and your company or event.

What is the difference between Plus and Premium packages?

A “Plus” subscription is the go-to choice for many start-up businesses seeking long-term advertising opportunities; whereas, a “Premium” subscription is more appropriate for established businesses looking to takeover their category on Medical Jane for 30 days. On top of being featured on the directory homepage, at the top of related searches, and on the sidebar of all post pages, premium packages also include a variety of additional page widgets designed to help you generate quality leads.

What kind of information should I include in my business listing?

The Medical Jane business directory is designed to help patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and business owners find relevant and timely information about your company. As such, you should only add pertinent information regarding your business and how it operates. Listings are to be informational first and foremost; spammy or promotional content will be removed by a Medical Jane staff member.

Can I add a logo or photo?

All company listings (including free accounts) get access to a control panel to upload and manage your profile picture / company logo.

How do I update my listing?

You can log in to your Medical Jane account through the provided control panel at any time to make changes to your business listing.

Can someone other than me update or edit my listing?

Paid subscriptions allow for multiple users to manage a business listing. The account holder can add new users through their control panel. Free accounts do not include this feature. All users that request access to manage a given business listing must be approved by the original account holder first.

Can I use the my listing to direct people to my website?

Only paid subscriptions include a public link directing readers to your website. Free accounts have your company URL hidden to the public.

If I purchase a Plus or Premium package and let it expire, will my listing revert to a Basic plan?

Yes, your account will automatically be downgraded to the basic (free) plan if you fail to renew / your credit card on account is not successfully billed.

Will I be charged if my business does not get accepted into the directory?

No, your credit card will only be billed when your business listing has been officially accepted into the Medical Jane directory.

What happens if my directory submission is denied?

If your company submission is declined, you will receive an e-mail explaining why it was not accepted at this time. You can try to create and submit another directory listing at any time.

How does Medical Jane handle refunds?

At this time, we do not grant refunds for any reason. All sales are final.

Can I upgrade to another subscription package at any time?

Yes. If you choose to upgrade your account, your account balance will be automatically credited for the remaining term of your current subscription and applied to the new subscription.
