Portrait of Richard Secklin


Richard Secklin is a graduate of Lubbock Christian University and an LCU award winner for his research. Richard is a retired career law enforcement officer and Parkinson’s patient. He is also a member of LEAP, Law Enforcement Against Prohibition. Richard was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2003 and continues to be an advocate bringing awareness to this debilitating and progressive disease. Richard has authored two Parkinson’s Disease books; Looking Down the Barrel and Marijuana for Parkinson’s.
