Pineapple Wreck is a Tropical Delight

Pineapple Wreck gets its name from its genetics. The lineage can be traced to a mix of the famous Pineapple Express and Trainwreck strains. Remember that Trainwreck is world-renowned by patients as a pain reliever that specifically helps with severe muscle spasms and seizures. Add in a little bit of Pineapple Express, which already has Trainwreck in its’ genetics (along with Maui Wowie), and you can probably guess why this marijuana strain is popular among patients suffering from muscle disorders and/or chronic pain.

The smoke is both tropical and musty; coupled with a full-body buzz. The picture we took does not do this strain justice.

With its delicious tropical scent and sweet tasting smoke, this strain quickly became one of our favorites. The smell is absolutely amazing and the buds are extremely inviting with their decent amount of trichomes. The smoke has the slightest hint of fruitiness to it, mostly on the exhale.

This batch of Pineapple Wreck was quite potent and only required a few hits from the bowl until we were on autopilot. One of those strains that lets you focus on the task at hand — with ease. Certainly a marijuana strain we would be more than happy smoking each and every day of the week.
