Pineapple Express Cannabis Strain: Hawaiian X Trainwreck
It’s no secret that the Pineapple Express cannabis strain has become a favorite among many medical marijuana patients, especially since it was featured in Seth Rogen and James Franco’s cult-classic “Pineapple Express.”
The Pineapple Express strain is the offspring of Hawaiian and Trainwreck. In my experience, it tends to provide the perfect mix of head and body effects. As the name suggests, it is known to possess an incredibly floral aroma that is reminiscent of pineapples.
Similarly, the Pineapple Express strain is highly touted for its distinct flavor and ability to affect patients’ body and mind. We’ve noted in the past that Pineapple Expressprovides an uplifting, energetic effect that is accompanied by a relaxing body buzz.
Cannaba’s Pineapple Express Strain Effects
I picked up this batch of the Pineapple Express strain at VFL Collective in Burbank, CA. They informed me that it was grown by Cannaba, who certainly deserves a great deal of credit. These flowers not only met all of my criteria for a good batch of Pineapple Express, but they surpassed expectations. It was lab-tested at 19.6% tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)and 1.1% cannabidiol (CBD).
“Within minutes, I felt a mellow buzz creep through my body that eradicated any minor pain I was experiencing.”
The terpeneprofile of this Pineapple Express was fantastic. It had a noticeable fruity scent that served as a means of aromatherapy when the flowers were broken up. The taste of this batch was equally, if not more enjoyable. I was instantly hit with a rush of tropical fruit when inhaling a joint of Cannaba’sPineapple Express.
Within minutes, I felt a mellow buzz creep through my body that eradicated any minor pain I was experiencing. Simultaneously, I found that I was able to focus much better on the task at hand. Furthermore, Cannaba’s Pineapple Express seemed to slow down time. Thanks to this, I was able to complete what seemed like an entire day of work in a matter of hours.
Of course, Cannaba’s Pineapple Express is not likely to spread very far outside the boundaries of Los Angeles. Nonetheless, consider trying it if given an opportunity, particularly if you suffer from anxiety, miraines or chronic stress.
