Phelps OG Aquatic Fuel – Pineapple Flavor

Kushtown makes Phelps OG Aquatic Fuel, which is a pineapple-flavored medicated soda with approximately 52mg of THC.

The Phelps OG Aquatic Fuel is (in my opinion) slightly stronger, and provides more of a noticeable buzz than Granddaddy Purple soda, Orange Wreck soda, or even Strawberry Cough soda. This is most likely due to the heavy OG strain used to make the concentrated THC oil needed to make this soda medicated.

“Although there is 52mg of THC in each soda, don’t expect the upbeat effect to last for longer than 45 mins to 1 hour.”

Although there is 52mg of THC in each soda, don’t expect the upbeat effect to last for longer than 45 mins to 1 hour. This is especially true if you have a higher tolerance for edibles. In fact, for those with a high tolerance, I don’t purchase these unless I have extra money to stock the fridge and have these as a luxury with some lunch or dinner.

Despite It Being So Tasty, Patients Deserve Better Ingredients

Yes… just seeing medical marijuana in soda at all is pretty awesome. However, the fact that it is made with ingredients that we all know are not healthy, seems counter-intuitive to me. Unfortunately, between the low cannabinoid content and the use of high fructose corn syrup deters most MMJ patients from buying these who are seeking a real medicinal benefit from their edible. Not to mention, since there is a lot of sugar in each soda, patients can expect to feel super high for the first hour or so, only to be followed by an intense crash as you come down more and more. Not exactly ideal for many people who have to stay active and cognizant.

It would be refreshing than ever to see the Kushtown edible company use a healthier alternative to high fructose corn syrup in its next generation of products. Keep at it Kushtown, you’re so close.
